Not every town is the same kind of place, and we say so. Most are incorporated cities. Bothell is a mailing area that crosses a county line, with one ZIP in King County and two in Snohomish County. Fall City is an unincorporated community with no town government. Seattle, Everett and Bellevue are large, so we list only the ZIP codes that fall inside our range.
Snohomish County towns are in a different county from Woodinville, which is in King County. That does not change how we inspect a house. It does change which county office handles permits for work such as sealing and repair, so we mention it where it matters.
